Biography:

Miles "Tails" Prower, often referred to as Tails, is a prominent character in the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise by Sega. He is an anthropomorphic fox characterized by his two tails, which allow him to fly by spinning them like a propeller.

Tails made his first appearance in Sonic the Hedgehog 2, released in 1992 for the Sega Genesis. Initially, he was simply a sidekick character designed to assist Sonic and allow a second player to join the game. He is intelligent and mechanically gifted.

He plays a supportive role throughout the series, providing technical assistance and companionship to Sonic. Tails has been playable in various Sonic games and has also starred in spin-off titles.
